Refund Policy

All course fees are non-refundable. Once your payment is made, we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any QAGURU99 course. Please review the course details, schedule and this policy before you enroll. If you have questions, contact us first. We're happy to help you choose the right course.

What this covers

This policy applies to every QAGURU99 course and every way of paying, including:

No refunds for change of mind or non-attendance

Refunds are not given if you change your mind, miss classes, stop attending, do not complete the course, or are unable to continue for personal, work or schedule reasons.

Buy Now, Pay Later and installment plans

If you pay with Buy Now, Pay Later, your remaining payments are an agreement between you and the payment provider (for example, PayPal) and stay due on their schedule, even if you stop attending. If you pay through a QAGURU99 installment plan, all scheduled payments remain due for the full course fee, and course access may be paused if a payment is missed.

If QAGURU99 cancels a course

If we cancel a course or cohort before it starts and cannot offer you a suitable alternative date, you may choose to transfer to a future cohort or receive a refund of the fees you paid for that course.

Payment errors

If you are charged twice or charged an incorrect amount because of a technical error, contact us with your Order ID and we will correct it.

Placement assistance

Our placement assistance includes interview preparation, resume help and career guidance. It is support, not a guaranteed job, and not getting a job is not grounds for a refund.
