QAGURU99 ("QAGURU99," "we," "us," or "our") is a QA, IT, and AI training academy. This policy applies to the personal information submitted through the Apply / Enroll form at qaguru99.com/apply.html.

When you submit the Apply form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

  • Email address
  • Education
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Experience level
  • Visa status

Name, phone, and email are required to submit the form; the remaining fields are optional. We do not knowingly collect any other personal information through this form.

3. Why We Collect This Information

We collect this information to respond to your inquiry, contact you about our training programs, help our team recommend the right course or cohort for your background and goals, and maintain a record of applicants for internal program administration.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp about your application and upcoming cohorts
  • Answer questions and provide guidance about our courses
  • Maintain internal records of applicants and enrollment activity

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How Your Information Is Stored

Apply form submissions are transmitted directly to a Google Sheet using a Google Apps Script Web App, and stored there. Because this data is processed and stored using Google's services, your submission is also subject to Google's own privacy and security practices for those services.

6. Who May Access Your Information

Access to submitted information is limited to QAGURU99 staff and instructors who need it to respond to your application, and to the service providers (such as Google, which hosts the underlying spreadsheet and form-processing script) that we use to operate the Apply form. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our internal records. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we will remove it, subject to any records we reasonably need to keep.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through our form. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

9. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, request a correction, request deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond to reasonable requests using the contact details below.

10. Children's Privacy

Our programs and this website are intended for adults and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the Apply form is not directed at children.

11. No Guarantee

Submitting the Apply form, or any information through it, does not guarantee admission to any program, employment, visa sponsorship, job placement, or immigration assistance of any kind.
